The Engineers

We figure out how to do things.  We start with what is here now.

We think in terms of who is going to do what, where, and when.

We understand things a person can touch, handle, do something with.

We like roadmaps that go from here and now to there and then.

The Engineers: Mulling

The Mulling Team tries to figure out how to do something.

We speak for plans.  Real, step-by-step, how-to plans.

We don’t do plans on the Mulling Team.

But we mull about how plans might work out.

The Engineers: Action

We make plans.

We plan with language the Hunters can see.

We make plans to suit long-term objectives if we get them from the Vulcans.

We make plans the Hunters can believe.

We make plans the Storyboarders can use as a story.

If you need motivation, get your Engineer on the job.

Get your Engineer to start planning.

Because your Hunter will not hunt without plans.
