Quick solve: What changes do you want to see?

What changes in reality do you want?  Stick to concrete language that everybody could see happening.   Describe the result so that anybody could see that the problem is fixed.  No matter how much you talk in the abstract, it is still talk.  If you really want to fix something, you will do it in concrete reality.
