Every problem is an opportunity being mismanaged.

So if you figure out how to manage the problem, how do you use the opportunity?  If there are other people who have the same problem, your solution may have a market.  That is the work of the entrepreneur, to figure out how to meet the needs of other people and sell them the solution.  We have put a few pages on the Thinkerer that suggest problems and possible opportunities for entrepreneurs.
