Memory

Use.  Cues.  Choose.

Everybody with a normal brain has a memory system with great potential.

Potential means you haven’t done it yet.

You can convert that potential into a skill that works for you.  What you need is a set of habits that make effective use of those memory systems in support of your goals.

Three kinds of habits that help people get more use out of memories.

1.      Use.  How will you use it?

2.      Cues.  What are the cues?

3.      Choose.  What doors will you use?

Head Staff

Shudoff:  You should tell people how to have a good memory.

Empath:  People often say good when they really mean useful.

Shudoff:  You should not be so picky.  The words mean the same.

Vulcan:  The words may be equivalent for communication.  But they are not equivalent as a guide to logical thinking.

Engineer:  Or for planning.  We Engineers do not try to understand
goodness.  But we understand use.

Hunter:  And we can tell when the memory is useful.

Engineer:  What makes a memory useful is to get it when you need it.

Networker:  It is a connection between now when you form the memory and then when you need the memory.

Un:  It is a connection only if you make it.
