Tools:  Kryptonite

Kryptonite is not an asset.
But recognizing it is.

Kryptonite is whatever saps your strength.  Spills your skills.  Kicks your assets.

More explanation than we need.

Sometimes just recognizing kryptonite is enough to manage it.  Sometimes you can manage it better if you know it is coming.  Sometimes you have to deal with kryptonite that is a nemesis to the people around you.

So you may want to get to know the sounds of kryptonite.  We have put some common examples in the Cuepon venue.  You can probably think of others.  You may want some in your Cue deck.

Once you get to know kryptonite, start listening for it.  When you hear somebody make the sound of kryptonite, you’ll know whether the person is puffing or planning.

When you hear your own mouth make those sounds, you'll know what it means.

Head Office

Shudoff:  We should tell people what to do about kryptonite.
Un:  The snake you see is seldom the one that bites you.
Networker:  What you do know doesn't hurt you.
Engineer:  Because you can do something about it.
Networker:  People could look through the slogans, signs, and personal skills.  Those have anti-kryptonite powers.
Canter:  People can't use those to decide what to do.  The slogans don't all point in the same direction.
Un:  There is a time for hearing and a time for choosing.  And a time for knowing what time it is.
Vulcan:  The time for choosing is always now.  The issue is what the choosing is about.
Canter:  People can't choose because they don't have all the information.
Vulcan:  They can choose whether to get the information.
Engineer:  And how to get the information.
Networker:  Or they can bring up the big guns.
Engineer:  Go to the problem-solving venue.
Un:  Thinkerers never don't know what to do.

Problem-Solving
A problem is your chance to show what you can do.  Even if you just show that to yourself.
