Head office, Support team

The Canters

We know why you can’t do something.

We know why your plans won’t work.

If you want to be ready for obstacles, you need to listen to us.

If we can’t talk you out of it, you may be on the right track.

The Shudoffs

We know what people should do.  We tell you what you should do.

We help you hear when other people tell you what you should do.

We spare you the effort of deciding.  We are the distillation of all advice.

You should hear us without questioning.   And keep the Whys Guys away from us.

The Whys Guys

We ask why.  Why do you want that?  Why do you believe that?

Why do people stop asking why when they grow up?

Is it really because they already have all the answers?

Why do we make you uncomfortable?

The Owls

We are the owls that say, "Who?"

Who made this rule?  Who will do this work?

Who is responsible for this action?

You may want us when you are planning.

The Tooth Fairies

We don’t fix anything.  We don’t solve problems.

We keep track of the things you are not going to fix.

We handle your wishes.  Unless you turn them into wants.

Wants can take a lot of work.  Wishing is easier.  And lasts longer.

The Putitovs

People who don’t listen to us are impulsive.

People who always listen to us are procrastinators.

Our symbol is the Tuit.  The round one that your are waiting to get.

You decide whether to listen to us.  Later.  You don’t need to decide now.

The Goodenuffs

We don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

We do sometimes let the mediocre be the enemy of the good.

We don’t win medals.  We get the job done.  More or less.

Maybe this isn’t your time to try for a medal.  Or is it?

The Gatherers

We do not hunt.  We gather.  We make do with what we find.

We are quiet enough to hear the sound of silence.

We gather thoughts.  We gather experience.

We gather solutions before people notice the problem.

Pick a player.  Spend a week watching for the work of that player.
Watch what other people do.
Watch what you do.  Watch in your imagination.
