Mulling Team, suupport

The Canters

We tell the Mulling Team what can’t be done.

And we explain why it can’t be done.

The others insist that it can be done.

We make them figure out how.

The Shudoffs

We make the Mulling Team think about what people should do.

The others want to ignore us, of course.

But they have to explain why they are ignoring us.

We are the weights in this mental exercise.

The Whys Guys

We remind the Mulling Team that there is a reason.

Why are you mulling?  Why is this important?

Why do you want this to happen?

Why do you care about that?

The Owls

We are the ones who say Who?

Who will do this?  Who will oppose that?

Who will care about this?  Who will support that?

Nothing will be done until somebody does it.

The Tooth Fairies

We help the Mulling Team imagine outcomes.

We see the best possible outcomes.

The Mulling Team does not believe in magic.

But our magic can spark an idea.  We work as a team.

The Putitovs

We ask about timing.  When must you decide?

You may know more tomorrow.

Can you sleep on it?  When must you act?

Is it all that urgent?

The Startalittles

We recommend a little start.  About twenty minutes is good.

Mull a little.   Plan a little.  Search a little.  Ask a little.

Break the job into bite-sized projects.

Get a feel for the job.  Then you have more to mull about.

The Goodenuffs

We ask for the criteria.

How good does it have to be?

Make it as good as it needs to be.

Save the rest of your effort for another job.
