The mouth can talk a good game.

       

Reading is no substitute for doing.

       

A planner speaks with active verbs.

       

Once you hear a lecture on swimming, you never forget what you learned about lectures.

       

If you can watch your words, you know what they mean.

       

Some people can talk a good plan.

       

Talk does not change behavior.  Practice changes behavior.

       
You can get farther on concrete than you can on abstract.        
Tell yourself what you can't do.  Hear a stop sign.   Tell yourself what you can do.  What do you hear?        
Stop complaining.  Start planning.         

A picture in your head is worth a thousand words in your mouth. 

       

The Thinker is just a rump on a stump until he gets up and does something useful.

       

A cue is an on-switch for part of your brain.

       
Planning is how you turn talk into action.
